e-bill
Alexanders offers a complete E-Bill service either in conjunction with your USPS bill printing and mailing OR as a stand alone service.Alexanders believes that the future is in Electronic billing. This is not only convenient for the client but vastly more cost effective for you. Unfortunately the savings only come if a customer opts to not receive a paper bill.Currently all studies show that the vast majority of people still want a paper bill. This makes it difficult for businesses to spend time and money developing an E-Bill system that very few people will use.
Using Alexanders E-Bill service will allow to build your base of customers choosing to go paperless while at the same time building your own confidence in your E-Bill system thus vastly increasing your timeline to switch to E-Bill alone and cutting your billing costs anywhere from 70-90%.When your data file is received it is processed for hard copy print and mailing. At the same time using the same data your virtual E-bill is created so there is no delay waiting for a second process.By the time your data is being sent to the printing division your E-bills have already been sent to your customers.Alexanders is the only company to offer this as a stand alone service. If you are currently happy with your existing print services weather you are doing them yourself or are hiring the job out we will create, process and send at your E-bills for you.
With no minimum number required this allows even small clients to start the E-bill process with a few of their customers if the majority does not want to switch, and then increase the number over time.A report is immediately E-mailed to you both in printable format and electronic searchable format showing all account numbers and E-mail addresses along with the date and time the E-bills were sent.
Copies of your entire run along with a searchable index will be burned to a CD for you to keep for your records or to be able to reproduce any individual or group of invoices and provided to you via either internet download or hard copy.
