Your data is processed against the USPS National Change of address database.
Any changes your clients have made within the last 48 hrs will be made automatically for you, reducing returned mail.
Alexanders will also provide you a complete report in Print format for you to enter the data to your system or in a variety of electronic formats for you to import into your system.
Alexanders will create all necessary forms for USPS acceptance.
While most of these forms you will not be interested in you can choose to receive copies.
You will always receive a copy of form 3600 to show the money you saved in postage. This amount will be billed on your invoice.
If your clients are receiving an E-bill, you will receive a detailed report within minutes of your bills being sent which will include:
- Email address.
- Account number that was sent to that address.
- Date and time the email was sent.
