Upon completion of form imaging and shipment preparation, your mailing will be delivered to the USPS dock along with all required documentation.
Upon delivery to the USPS, the transporter will :
1. Scan the barcode on the mailing containers which will document a "real time" date stamp.
2. Take a Date/Time Stamped JPG showing the mailing on the dock.
2. Take a Date/Time Stamped JPG showing the mailing on the dock.
An E-mail and Text message containing both of these items can be sent to you and the project manager in charge of your project.
Your job is now completed and on the way to your customers.
